ADVANCED RESERVATIONS AND ARRIVAL 

We highly recommend that You schedule your appointments 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available. Please make sure all intake forms are completed as soon as possible after you receive them via email to allow Us an opportunity to review them. 

You must arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before Your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to use the restroom, make sure forms are completed and ensure we have the full scheduled time to provide your service. If You are running late, We reserve the right to cut short Your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointments.
 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By making an appointment via online, over the phone or via text, you agree to be bound by our booking policy (Booking Policy).

In consideration of our dedicated and reliable employees, we require a credit card to book and hold Your appointment. However, You will not be charged until your appointment is complete.

We also require at least 48 hours of notice to cancel or change your appointment.  

Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to be charged 50% of their service cost. Cancellations made SAME DAY or NO SHOWS are charged 100% of the booked service.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we uphold this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all clients. 

A notification reminder will be sent via email 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment and an SMS text will also be sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We have allowed SMS text reminders so that NO SHOWS do not occur. We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, please call or text the studio at (707) 276-6177 or email hello@ashleymariepaul.com if you cannot make your appointment.

In the event of multiple cancellations outside of the 48 hour request but still the same week of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to only offer you last minute walk-in availabilities. It is very important that our schedules are respected as we prioritize reliability both ways. After 3 SAME WEEK cancellations outlined in our Ethics Policy, you will no longer be able to book an appointment online or more than one day in advance over the phone.

ETHICS POLICY 

The AMP Skin + Wellness ethics policy has been put in place so that our therapists exercise in unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances; this involves things such as personal injury that prevents clients from getting to appointments, any other potential emergencies that are genuine and prevent clients from attending, or death, debilitating sickness or disease.

Examples of situations that are NOT acceptable & will require cancellation fees;

Forgetting appointments or “no-showing."

Last minute work schedule changes.

Mismanaging personal schedules or double-booking.

Running late & missing your appointment.

Replying to our “non-reply" SMS text reminder.

Mild sickness such as colds/infections that do not prevent clients from attending work/events (we exercise caution & provide sufficient barriers to clients & staff).

*We do our best to accommodate last minute changes, however because of the high demand on our therapists we only provide a small window for genuine circumstances.

*We sympathize with family emergencies however certain circumstances that allow a clients physical ability to be present, may still be charged a cancellation fee. 


ALLERGY CLAUSE 

Although rare, it is possible for an individual to experience an Allergic Reaction. A true Allergic Reaction is diagnosed when 3 of the 4 following symptoms are present within 24 hours of your service or first product use: Red, Hot, Itchy, and/or Swelling. In the case that this happens to You, You must reach out to hello@ashleymariepaul.com or text 707-276-6177 within 24 hours with notice of symptoms and clear, well-lit pictures showing areas of symptoms. With confirmation of a true allergic reaction at the discretion of The AMP Skin + Wellness Esthetics Lead Team, we will refund client 100% of product cost. Please note, that similar reactions can take place on compromised skin, without being a true allergic reaction. Transepidermal water loss from a weakened skin barrier can show redness, warmth, sting or prickly like sensation with certain ingredients, overtime skin strengthening can lessen these reactions. Treatment plan and home care troubleshooting is sometimes necessary.

Un-opend skin care products will be given a 14 day return window in the form of a product credit only. All gift items are final sale.
